You’re trusting Eliacover with something deeply personal. Here, in plain language, is what we do with it and what we’ll never do.

Your creations stay private
Nothing is published without your consent. A book shared by link never appears on Google, and you can remove the link anytime.

Stored in Paris
Your photos are stored in France (Paris), never sold, never used to train an AI, and only leave our servers for the time it takes to create your images.

Face recognition, if you want it
To find each person in your photos, Elia can compare faces. It’s optional: you turn it on yourself, with your explicit consent, and face templates are deleted when the book is launched, 30 days later at the latest.

Everyone’s consent
You can put someone else’s face in your book, with their consent: you confirm it when you add their photos. No deepfakes, no hurtful content: they’re not allowed.

Children, with their parents’ consent
A child’s photo can only be added with the consent of their parents or legal guardian. You can delete it anytime.

Delete whenever you want
A photo, a face, a book, or your whole account: it can all be deleted from your settings. Once your account is deleted, your photos and books are erased within 30 days.

Who can see my photos?
Only you. They only become visible in a book if you share that book by link. The Eliacover team only accesses them to answer your request for help or handle a report, and every access is logged.
Can I make a book for my child?
Yes, if you’re their parent or legal guardian, or with their parents’ consent. You can delete their photos and face anytime.
Are my photos used to train AI?
No, never. Not ours, not our providers’.
How do I delete everything?
From your settings, in one click. Your photos, faces and books are erased within 30 days.
